Rewards Scheme Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

Opt-in Required: Participation in the Reward Scheme is voluntary. To begin accruing points, customers must explicitly opt-in via their account settings on our website.
Web-Only: This scheme applies exclusively to orders placed and processed through our official website. Orders placed via telephone, email, or other channels are not eligible for point accrual.

Earning Rate: Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per £1.00 invoiced.
Point Value: For the purposes of redemption, 1 point is equal to £0.01 (1p).
Calculation: Points are calculated based on the final invoiced amount (Excluding VAT, where applicable, and excluding shipping fees unless otherwise stated). Points will be credited to the user’s account once the invoice has been generated.

Conversion: Users may convert their accrued points into web-only discount vouchers at any time through the customer dashboard.
Usage Limits: Only one (1) voucher can be applied to a single order. Vouchers cannot be "stacked" or combined with other promotional codes.
Voucher Expiry: Once points are converted into a voucher, the voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of conversion. After this period, the voucher will expire and cannot be reinstated.

Annual Cycle: The Reward Scheme operates on an annual basis.
Year-End Conversion: On the last day of the calendar year, any remaining unconverted points in a user’s account must be converted into vouchers to be used in the following year.
Deletion: Any points that have not been converted into vouchers by 23:59 on December 31st will be automatically deleted and removed from the user’s balance. No compensation or extensions will be provided for expired points.

Points and vouchers have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts.
We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Reward Scheme at any time. In the event of termination, users will be given notice to convert their remaining points.
