Returning an Item to Group Gear Limited

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to return an item to us for any reason, please begin the process by completing the Electronic Request Authorisation form below.

Our Returns Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we issue Returns Authorisations under the following circumstances:

  • Specification Alignment: If the item received does not correspond with the specifications provided at the time of delivery.
  • Quality Guarantee: If a product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within 12 months, or within the specific manufacturer’s warranty period (whichever is longer), as outlined in our Terms & Conditions
  • Ordered Incorrcetly: Please note that if an order was placed incorrectly, there will be a 25% handling/restocking fee

Next Steps

  1. Request a Returns Number: Once you have submitted the form, our team will provide you with a unique returns number.
  2. Label Your Parcel: Please ensure this number is clearly marked on the outside of your package.
  3. Timeline: Returns numbers remain valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

Important Considerations

  • Packaging: To protect the item, please return it in its original packaging. We kindly ask that you avoid defacing or marking the original box in any way.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for ensuring the items reach us safely at the address provided above. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the return is received in a satisfactory condition.
